Herbal Concepts uses USPS for its shipments and may substitute UPS service where applicable. Pick-up services are Monday-Friday. Multiple products may be shipped in the same box.

Shipping and handling charges are determined as follows: Purchase below 75 USD shipping charges will be applicable as 10.99 USD. Orders of 75 USD or more ships for free.

All orders placed after 1pm Pacific time will be processed on our next business day (M-F).
